Dinner was exceeding my expectations - great fish dish and sykr dessert.
The location is a bit off the beaten track but it did not disappoint. It is on a working farm, and absolutely adorable. We had a room with a private bathroom which was lovely. The lamb they serve for dinner is absolutely fantastic! Since it is away from any cities, there is no light pollution. While we didn't see the northern lights, you can see the milky way and so many stars.
this family-run business is truly adorable! The owners and staff of this B&B are incredibly friendly and attentive, the food is super delicious (especially the lamb from the farm on the same grounds!), and the rooms are spacious and cosy and super clean. And on the views…!! 🤩
Cosy, rustic cabin set in a lovely setting in the countryside, restaurant was closed when we arrived but it’s 6km from Höfn where there are great restaurants on the harbour front, breakfast was plentiful and delicious
