The owner gave us an unclean farmhouse about 10 km amidst farmland and barrenland

Clean, compact rooms with good air conditioning. If you have the farm view, the open fields are nice to look at from the room. They generally do not offer in-room dining and insist you go to the restaurant, the food there is average. Great parking space and tucked away from hustle bustle.

The property is well-designed & maintained & housed on a mid-sized farm land. The owner is courteous & the staff are cooperative.

The place is calm and away from all the city hustle if you want a quiet weekend, this could be your right place. We went with a 1.5 year old baby and i was looking for a place that would serve fresh food and a calm environment so my baby won't go cranky all evening. The villa was quiet, had a few farm animals that kept my little one entertained just looking at them. Hospitality was great, we felt like being home. And the premises is well maintained. We enjoyed the home cooked food and came back home satisfied.

Overall a great experience. Zara Hatke. What I liked the most was how the place was maintained and how you feel comfy once you settle in. Clean, neat, and cozy. What more do you need? Even you have access to KITCHEN if you get those hunger pangs. MIND that it is only VEG - being considerate helps. A perfect blend of Rustic feel with the necessary modern amenities. Special Thanks to the HOST who was extra helpful with all the info needed.

No Hot water, hardly you have any body in the reception, gloomy reception with no lights. I had booked their premises at five light circle, however they had shared a route to their city center branch, where there was no wifi and had no hot water. Rooms though are decent to stay with water leaking walls. Just a ok hotel, may be ok for the price but overall not happy with the experience
