The location is amazing, beautiful, and very peaceful! We definitely enjoyed the outdoor farms and the black sheep, and especially the rustic environment of the hotel itself and room. It is definitely an amazing place to relax and the room was also comfortable and nice! I would definitely consider coming here again just for a relaxing break! The location is also not too bad (especially if you have a car), and walking distance is not that far from the Western part of Cambridge that is close to Robinson College. :)

Beautiful surrounding countryside and very near to Cambridge park and ride which made our day visit to the city so easy! The Barn in which we stayed (separate in grounds of Rectory farm) was very clean and comfortable, drinks, crisps ,snack machine on ground floor handy! Reception ladies very nice and even came to room to enquire if all was satisfactory, a nice touch!

The location of the rural farm cottage is excellent! it is within easy driving distance of most amenities. There are also restaurants and pubs located in the area, One can drive the short distance to one of three Cambridge, Park and Ride facilities in about 10 minutes.

The atmosphere was quaint, just like a farm stay in the 1800's must have been.

It is in a beautiful setting. We stayed here as my son was getting married at South Farm, others from the wedding party also stayed here so it was nice that we could all get together the evening before. We stayed in Annie Barn, which was lovely and spacious and very well equipped, the bathroom was amazing.

As a base to explore the Cambridge/Newmarket area, the accommodation was excellent. The host was very friendly and met us to show us round the property and hand over the keys; everything was explained in great detail. The property was warm, spotlessly clean, well furnished and the Continental breakfast in the room, excellent. The location at the rear of a lovely farmhouse was very quiet and the local pub that served very good food was a short walk away.

A beautiful setting in farmland. I stayed in the barn house which was nice, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were tea making facilities in the room. A powerful shower with fluffy towels after a day of walking.
