The location, because of many possibilitities for activities and sightseeing. Historical little towns around, many nice farm animals to play with, excellent entertainment for little kids. Very helpful and friendly staff, great shower, internet quite fast, good beds, nice fresh air in the night and the kitchen has everything practical for cooking and dining. We will surely come again..
