The staff were very lovely and helpful there is some renovation work going on at the hotel the currently which is probably making their lives quite difficult but they couldn't have been more helpful and they also gave me a birthday surprise in my room which was very lovely for a budget hotel. The hotel is extremely close to the U barn underground it's within a five-minute walk of the zoo loads of shops restaurants and other transport links so all in all it was a very good stay.
Central location for all main sites. Few minutes walk from nearest U barn and supermarket. Staff kindly left a birthday cake, card and balloons in our room as we were celebrating husband’s birthday. Room size was great, very well quipped and spotlessly clean. Will definitely stay again. Pool and sauna welcome after plenty of walking around the city.
We stayed for 3 Nights to celebrate my wife’s Birthday. The hotel staff arranged a surprise cake on the request, and they did so free of charge! That was a pleasant surprise! The staff were always friendly and helpful and we had a really pleasant stay and would definitely come back. Location is very good, walking distance from Spittelmarkt U-barn, bus 200 station and Alexanderplatz. So very attractive location.
The staff was super friendly - we arrived earlier but the reception made extra effort to find a room and allow us to check-in. At check-out the staff offered to leave our bags without even asking. The room and the hotel overall are very tasteful and have a beautiful mix of rural and modern interior. The bed was super comfy, great toileteries free of charge. A cherry on top - the rooftop terrace.
The proximity to the Tierpark is a big advantage, in the morning I enjoyed the song of the nightingales from the nearby branches. The Ghanaian girl who works in the kitchen is very nice and helped us with the transportation arrangements, the staff is generally very friendly, the gentleman who works at the reception is a great character. I will recommend your hotel to friends who come to Berlin, for tourism or business.
The hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are big and clean.
The location is great. Near the Central train station and metro station.
All interesting places, Reistag, Barnderburg Gate or Museum Island are very close.

One of the biggest room I ever had been. Very good water pressure and comfy mattress. The breakfast is better than any branch in restaurant. We liked it!
Very unique hostel, lots of friendly people open to talk and make friends. The atmosphere is great, reminds me of a farm house.
Don't go in expecting the same thing as you would from a chain hostel. It's more like a shared house.
