Kids loved the fun activities!! Was grateful of choice of outdoor or indoor pool, due to unpredictable weather.
The room was clean & smelled fresh. The location was ideal for us as we were in Tyler for a family funeral. The breakfast offered was definitely a bonus. We felt safe & secure there.
We had a double queen room, which was a great size for our family of 4. We also liked the extra space for morning prep where the sink was, and that the tub and toilet were separated from that area. The room was clean and comfy. The indoor pool and hot tub are quite large and the kids had fun there. The hotel is close to restaurants and stores that would have any necessities you would need. The Mexican restaurant attached served very good food, and the staff at hotel and restaurant were very friendly. We had a very good experience overall.
The next door neighbors were smoking pot it smelled in the hallway, I had my kids with me not a family friendly place

The overall look of the building was great. Very professional, clean, modern. The room was perfect for our family and everything was in great working order. The pool is designed for kids which was perfect for us! We loved it and enjoyed it for hours, which is exactly what we needed after a long road trip. Check in and check out were easy, and the breakfast was superb. The staff were not overly friendly, but they were professional and helpful overall. I highly recommend this location, especially for families!
Staying with a family the themed rooms were great - we enjoyed writing our name on the door and the kids loved the swinging bathroom door. If you stay make sure you have dinner at the Big Texan Steakhouse. Even though it’s busy the meals are delicious and came out quickly the whole vibe is incredible. Couldn’t rate the staff as it was self check in and out.
We checked in on the weekend as a family with young kids for a funeral, overall the stay was comfortable , room was clean & tidy with all the amenities, the plus was the bar , enjoyed our drinks & pool , breakfast was delicious.. staff was helpful :)
We arrived very late. There was 5 people in my family. Three teenagers my youngest is 6…teens wanted their own bed…they were bickering over who was sharing with who and then The kids were surprised by the trundle bed couch! So awesome!
