This hotel was beyond our expectations. The front desk staff Stephanie allowed me to check in early and upgraded us to a bigger room which was very kind and unexpected. Due to my long flight from Ecuador I was able to go to my room and rest. The breakfast was included and it has great selection. The bed is very comfy! My husband was using the gym and spa and we just felt like we were home. Every staff person we encountered was friendly and helpful, especially the housekeeping and kitchen staff.

This was my first time staying at a Drury Inn and I was very impressed. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and explained the check out, breakfast, and kick-back times, which a lot of staff at other hotels just assume people know nowadays because of online bookings. It felt very welcoming to have those common things explained. The food was great and the location was excellent and quiet. This is officially my favorite hotel chain in the US.

Underground parking out of the sun. Good sized room and very comfortable bed. Nice breakfast - best scrambled eggs we've had in a restaurant for a long time. Good location. Nice balcony over looking the river.

The hotel was modern yet cheerful & colorful. The room was nicely organized and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the blackout curtains very effective (I slept until 10:30 & only b/c my son texted me!). Liked the later check-out (noon), otherwise I may not have been able to sleep-in.

Yost Ice Arena is 43 km from the hotel and Suburban Collection Showcase is 35 km away. When we travel, comfort as well as value, is very important. Hampton Inn Howell hit both those marks. The beds were soft but firm. The breakfast was delicious with quite a variety to choose from. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. We hughly recommend them and would definitely stay there again.
