We stayed in two rooms, and got a free upgrade so we could stay close to eachother.

Fantastic light and airy apartment with plenty of space for myself and two adult children. Really comfortable beds, spotlessly clean and a kitchen equipped with everything we needed and more. Super close to metro and river ferry and a few mins into downtown Boston. Loads of shops and restaurants all really close to the front door. I recommend the spothero app to find very affordable and convenient parking nearby as 2 hour limit everywhere. The owners could not have been more helpful and friendly. Thank you so much

Beautiful hotel and great location. Very family friendly…We appreciated that they offer tickets to the aquarium. Hotel and restaurant staff were welcoming and kind.
Restaurant was not open. Staff was hardly ever at the front desk, staff did not monitor hot tub, allowing small children to access it resulting in defecation in the water and a shutting down off the pool area for 24 hrs during our stay.
Everything was very nice. Amazing room with lots of space for a family of five. Not very far from Boston and Salem. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Very clean. Nice breakfast with variety each day. My kids loved the waffles.
I love the location and my children love all the amenities. I enjoyed the movie theater, such a fun way to spend time when you're done in the pool. I wish the food court offered popcorn :-). I really like that the mini-golf was not an extra charge to play, nor the basketball court (which my boys spend a lot of time at).
The room was exactly as described in the website. With a good structure for a family of 4 people. Besides, the hotel offered a gym and a swimming pool that we did not try it.
The place has 2 pools and a hot tub, this proved to be very popular with my children. The rooms are clean and to a fine standard. Plenty of on-site parking. Hyannis is not the nicest town on Cape Cod, but it does have access to shopping malls, restaurants, and the beeches are not too far to drive to. The breakfast is very basic, but has a waffle maker which the kids liked.
Nicely decorated brand new bedroom and clean bathroom. The hotel has a fresh appearance and is a good choice for families with small children.
