We were blown away by how modern and immaculate the entire house was. The kids loved the big screen TV and plethora of games and interesting books available. Everything was neat, clean and easily accessible upon arrival. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The fresh fruit was a very welcomed touch! 10/10 experience and we will be requesting this location on our next trip to the New Paltz area.

The Pratvilla had a wonderful design awsthetic and all the amenities… and so much more. it looked even better than the pictures and there was something for everyone old and young. some many thoughtful details from the welcome gift to the great handbook and the tea and coffee bar. (Pack a few extra nespresso pods is you are a heavy coffee drinker!) The twinky lights sureounding the fire pit and sparkling hot tub were incredible after a long day of skiing and Windham was minutes away. I can’t say enough good thing. The owner was very responsive when I called for help with the keypad entry. The little round reading window was a delightful bonus.
