There is plenty of room. To help out on the reviews, yes, there is only one bathroom. Most places in winter in the area look different compared to Google Maps (where it's all summer snaps) it's what you make of it and we had no troubles at all. Uber to the city is about 10mins. Close to the Falls probably 20 or less. Be prepared for the Snow! Take the warnings seriously.

The breakfasts are amazing, freshly cooked every day and made from scratch with love and passion. It seems to be a <30 minute Uber to everything we wanted to do which was ideal. We will 100% be staying here again in the future.
