The accommodation offers free shuttle service and a shared kitchen for guests. Nick, the owner, is great. He was friendly and helpful. Although he lives on-site, he is usually busy with house chores, or on adventures of his own, so he's not there much. During my visit, the house was full of life and had a fairly steady pace of changing travelers every couple days. It was about 8-10 mins from beach and comes equipped with a very sweet house cat. Everything was super clean, and cooking utensils were aplenty. No dishwasher, so be prepared to tidy up after yourself. It is quite a remote location, and requires some effort to get to anything except the little gas station nearby, which was quite handy in a pinch with basic groceries. Also, TAKE MOSQUITO REPELLANT. We were so lucky to grab a room at this villa. The hosts were so kind and attentive, happy to help in every way. The villa itself is simply splendid, from sunrise to sundown. We had everything we could ever need: hot coffee from 6am with baguette, butter and jam by the pool. Kayaks we could borrow for free and take to the sea straight from the villa's back door to the beach! a fully equipped communal kitchen and rest area by the pool. We could even do laundry! 2 convenience stores a short ride away, and close to plage des Tipaniers. Dont hesitate to book.

A recently renovated villa set in Moorea, Fare HONU Cook’s Bay Moorea features an open-air bath. This villa features a private pool, a garden, barbecue facilities, free WiFi and free private parking. The villa has a picnic area and a solarium. The house is really lovely. Really nicely designed and spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is a real highlight. Kitchen has all you need and the living space is “indoor/outdoor” which is great. Free filtered water on tap. Great fire/bbq outside. A big inflatable pool which takes up the whole garden unfortunately but good if you have kids I guess.

The breakfast (what is offered for a small extra fee) is perfect, a good way to start the day. All in all...100% to recommend, stay at Sarah's beautiful B&B and enjoy your time on Moorea. She has plenty of recommendations what to do and where to go. We will be back one day!

They even helped us locate the (seemingly) last available rental car on the island and suggest a greatblocal tattoo artist.

Our stay at Fare Tokoau was more than wonderful. The owners are very friendly. The cabins are big and practical, with a front porch overlooking the beautiful garden and ocean. We can highly recommend the Alex Lagoon Tour which leaves from Fare Tokoau and whereby you swim with turtles, sting rays, sharks, snorkel between the corals, look for dolphins, etc. (book ahead in high season!). We would definitely come back here.

Located around 12 km from Moorea Green Pearl Golf Course, the hostel is also 21 km away from Moorea Lagoonarium. The accommodation provides a shared kitchen and free WiFi throughout the property. The kitchen was very organized, the shower and rooms were very clean. I loved how the floors felt walking around barefoot. I enjoyed the shared space while still having privacy with the wall and curtain. By this point in the trip, I was used to the roosters and occasional dogs. I found the location to be very home-like, comforting, peaceful. I slept great and made new friends! The host was very easy to communicate with and helpful with any questions I had. I would definitely return.
