We appreciated the ride from the train station after our arrival. Breakfast each morning was exceptional. Hopefully someday we can come back again during the summer so we can enjoy the lovely garden terrace.

Very friendly staff, seems like a small family business run by father and kids. The location was great as the hotel is located in the middle of the centre. The hotel has it's own parking garage. The breakfast was good, with the staff taking orders at the table. The coffee and yogurt were self service. We asked for the rooms to be close to each other, and they complied with our request.
The hotel is inside the slope or the slope is inside the hotel, whatever is the answer it is amazing to ski, eat, drink and go to the hotel to rest. Perfect fun with family and friends.
The location is excellent, and the quad room for a family of 4, including two teenagers, was surprisingly comfortable.
amazing staff. We needed a table lamp which was in our room in 15 minutes. FAmily rooms are two rooms, which allows parents and children to have a great rest. the room was already ready for move in at 12 o'clock. !!!
The room. It was super spacious, and perfect for our large family. The TV was a nice touch, and the baby bed was also great to have. I didnt think to ask about this, but having a small fridge would have made a huge difference too, to keep milk cold for the kids.

easily located on the perimeter of the old town, this well run family hotel is clean and affordable. Breakfast is also great also. Its by far the most convenient hotel for me over the past 15 years. I return time after time.
This was our only hotel stay during the trip, and it was nice to stay at a family hotel. It was also nice to have our only buffet breakfast of the trip. We stayed in Zimmer 3, which had a small separate room for the children, which was really helpful. Finally, it was interesting to see pictures in the attached restaurant (same owners) of the street (including the hotel) in the pre-Schengen era. There used to be a border crossing only a block away!
The location is nice, and so are the views. The staff was friendly. Breakfast times are way too late for a family with small children or of those who are early birds. In general, this place is not child friendly
Beautiful trees and lawns, pretty houses and apartments, loved the little shop, restaurant and bar. Great pool for kids. Nice playgrounds dotted around. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was just so well set up and easy for us as a family with young kids. We asked for a cot and it was delivered to us 5 minutes later along with a high chair.
