Everything is was great and described well in the description. We really liked that the bed was separate from the main living room (especially when traveling with small children). The facilities are new and the location is close to everything (two main subway lines and of course the Tsutenkaku area). We would book again.
Fabulous location, close to transport and all the action. Staff were lovely and the hotel was very family friendly with evening happy hour where parents could relax with a coffee or a drink, with free ice cream and a game for kids. Thank you for an awesome stay!
We are in love with this place! It is like our home in Japan! The place ia super clean and equipped with more things than we could dream of! The location is perfect, just in the heart of Dotonbori. Don't worry about the comments that it is loud here - the street gets quiet at 22:30 each day and you can sleep like a baby. It is also close to everything. We couldnt have picked a better place! Also, the contact with the management is super fast. A family od 2 adults and 2 kids 😃
Really near to Shin-Osaka station Really good price for our family of 6 (4 adults + 2 children) Having basic kitchen, fridge, microwave is really a plus for us bringing kids along. We didn’t get to meet anyone in person, but we really felt the hospitality and kindness from the host/chat, they are very responsive and will try their best to solve any issues we have.
My kids absolutely loved staying here! We are a family of 7 - with 5 young children, and the bed arrangement was perfect! Everything was beyond what we were expecting. The host went out of her way to help us have our luggage delivered to our next accommodation, which we greatly appreciated.
A great family hotel. We stayed here towards the middle of our 3 week trip in Japan and it was nice to have such a big room with laundry facilities to freshen up and recharge. The play room is a great addition for families with little kids and everything was clean and tidy. The rooms were the biggest we had in a city hotel in Japan. The location is great to be near Namba station and makes it easy to get around the rest of Osaka.

Our room was very big and spacious. Our family of 5, including 3 small kids, were very pleased with having the toilet and bath separate. With three big beds and a baby crib, we were all sleeping very comfortably. The location was very good - a couple of minutes walk from Izumisano station, with essential shops right outside, we had everything we needed. The breakfast was good.
Very child friendly and rooms are big for family of four. My kids love it n are still missing this hotel. Don’t have to bring lots of clothes coz there is a laundry room with few washing machine n dryer. Been using it for the 3 nights stay.. not in the centre of busy Namba but a good 10-15 mins
