Matsushima
Located right in front of Matsushima Bay, Komatsukan Kofu-tei offers accommodations with free wired internet access. Everything was superb organised, the people so helpful and friendly. We liked especially the nice driver who picked us up from the station an even run after me when I forget my phone at the reception. Cheers to him! :) The room was perfect, we slept on tatami mats. And so was the japanese breakfast. We highly recommend! The private bath is gorgeous, but also the public Onsen within the hotel. You get a nice kimono in your room to were within the house. The nice welcome with matcha tea and the drink buffet during the afternoon is a very nice service. We learned the hard way that one have to reserve dinner well in advance. You cannot have it spontaneously. But we got very nice help by the receptionist as he called a restaurant where we rushed by taxi to be in time for the last order. It was a great stay!
Sendai

I had a wonderful stay at the Daiwa Roynet Hotel in Hachinohe City. The room was exceptionally clean and cozy, making for a comfortable stay. This hotel is ideal for both business and private trips, providing functional and comfortable accommodations. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the amenities were of high quality. The reception service was excellent; we were served by Ms. N. Rejina. Our family was impressed with the assistance and information provided. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety and great taste, not to be missed. The location is excellent, very close to shopping areas and restaurants.

We booked this hotel last minute and it was great for the low price. The rooms were large and spacious. It was in a good location, there are lots of small restaurants and bars nearby we only found on the second day. We are a family of 5 we had two twin rooms on the top floor. It's on a big road, but there was no traffic noise unless out on the balcony. at rush hour.

Very convenient to the train station, restaurants, buses, Don Quixote but quiet to sleep. New hotel. Predominantly businessmen but more families and couples on the weekend. I felt very safe as a lone female with kids. Decent breakfast selection, great range of tea, staff keep the breakfast lounge very clean and replenished. Our double queen room was very comfortable.
