Eleni is a wonderful host with local knowledge and answer any questions. Our apartment exceeded our expectations. Spacious living with a well equipped kitchen and terrace with table and chairs as well as tables and chairs under the olive trees overlooking the bay to catch the breeze - sensational. It’s very clean with a wardrobe, drawers to unpack and even space for the yoga mat. We would love to stay here again and recommend it.

If you would like to discover the area, fishing and hiking are possible in the surroundings and Anemohadi Apartments can arrange a car rental service. Our hosts were really helpful and nice. They gave a lot of gifts to our kids. Though they do not speak English, they gave us lovely advices. The apartment is OK for a family (1 couple and 2 kids) and perfectly located to explore the beautiful island. Thank you!

This is a hidden gem in an outstanding location - close enough to walk to an impressive beach or take a short car ride to many others, while also tucked away on a serene hill by olive groves. Fenia, the host, was attentive, accommodative and very helpful during our stay (we ended up reserving the property one extra night even though our ferry was very late at night, just so that we could keep enjoying this amazing spot during the day, visit Kaladi beach and relax before our trip out of Kythira). I can't recommend this enough. We'll be back, Fenia - thanks again for everything!

The hospitality from the guests was absolutely stunning. The hotel balanced a good standards on quality-price. We came over on early June and price was great. It's very local a isolated but with car you can get easily reach any part of the island as location is right on the middle. Overall, great stay if you are not looking for fancy hotels.

The setting was very beautiful and the room was spacious and very comfortable... there was a huge terrace with deckchairs etc so we could relax in the afternoon.. another small garden at the front was ideal for the delicious breakfast. There was a hot tub but in 35 degrees, unneeded! The kitchenette was very well stocked with everything you could need to eat in, as well as a fridge & dishwasher. This was good as the place really is remote.. we didnt want to drive to supper so were able to have a picnic on the terrace one evening. The nearest village is 5 mins drive away & is like stepping back to the 1950s.. lovely beach and perfect little taverna complete with 10 year old boy bringing your drinks and fish to eat that was caught that day!
