The room was spacious and very comfortable and the staff helpfull and polite. I came late and left early the next day, so I regreted a bit I didn't have time to see all the suroundings.

Such a thoughtful and lovely couple that run this place. Lots of detail through the guesthouse such as baby baths, toddler toilet seat, baby bath products. The family room was absolutely fab. Great, quiet location. Such a lovely place and would definitely go back.
Very friendly and welcoming. I was travelling alone with two young children so I wanted somewhere family friendly where I would feel safe and comfortable and this place was perfect. Everyone was so welcoming and they were really good with my children. Great place.
Excellent large family room which could accommodate 3 adults, 1 child and an infant. Room was well maintained and the toilet was clean and spacious. Owner Sam was an amazing host and took good care of us and suggested some good dining options. Breakfast in the hotel was decent as well. Staff were lovely and courteous to us. Overall, great experience.
The bed sheets where dirty and the noise from down stairs bar was not expected as it was described as family friendly.
Swimming pool is clean and family friendly.Beautiful to see lot’s of children around. 5 mins walk to Asda and Morrison,15 mins to Caernarfon Castle, and local shops including take away resto. The receptionist are really friendly, both at swimming pool and front desk.
the property is small but done us great as a family of 4, perfect base for a weekend/week of fun! property was well equipped with toaster, hob and pans provided, fridge and all cutlery and plates/bowls. Parking right next to the property but if you have a child in a pram or are elderly (or pregnant like me) you might want to rethink as the hill from the pool/bar/entrance to the property is quite big. pool area and bar was really nice with games room for the kids. I would definitely stay on this site again.
Great location within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants and very close to Adventure forest. Pool area great with main pool, baby pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna all clean. Rooms clean and spacious. Breakfast good with gluten free options and child-friendly choices.
Nice castle very near. The room was very spacious, prepared for families with children, and kinda comfy for a family vacation. The owner let us in in the middle of the night. Much appreciated.
Lovely property, highly recommended for families with babies and toddlers. We were impressed by the facilities included for the kids especially the cutlery, high chair, stool and toys. We enjoyed the stay and wish to visit again.
