Just about everything, from the staff who went out of their way to help you. The rooms were perfectly made with clean towels and bedding everyday. The restaurant and bar staff are always ready to help, and the food was unbelievable, first class.with the menu changed each day.

Each luxury carpeted tent offers an outside area with views of the Lemur Lake and a kitchen with an electric kettle and a toaster. All tents are heated by a log-burning stove and also include a shower room. The tent has a comfortable bed and log burner that kept it nicely warm at night. You get complimentary zoo entry for the duration of your stay which we took full advantage of. Next to the tent there's a private bathroom and a kitchen-dining tent. To save cooking or travel we had takeaway food delivered. The zoo cafe also serves an excellent cooked breakfast and coffee so there's not much reason to go too far.

With a outdoor swimming pool, Norfolk Hotel is just 5 minutes’ walk from the centre of St Helier and the picturesque Howard Davis Park. The sandy beach of Havre de Pas is less than a 10-minute walk away. The staff were excellent. Ana in the dining room is super lovely. The cleaning girls are great. The front desk staff all helpful & friendly. The hotel is spotless & very comfortable room. Great breakfast & plenty to eat. Great safe area with plenty of good eating places. Lido pool only 600 metres away & a lovely Park nearby too! We loved our 9 nights here. Thankyou!!
