Fabulous location. Kitchen was perfect and well equipped meaning we were able to cook our breakfast and evening meal which was perfect a a family with young children. Apartment was extremely spacious and the washing machine was a great addition.
The location is great, the apartment is in a calm area uphill with fantastic views on the lake. It is 5 minutes from the transport museum, 10 minutes from the centre - by car. We had everything we needed in the apartment. There is free parking, which is priceless in Switzerland. It is great for families with small kids.

It was close to main sites Novelty of old prison - would recc 1-2 night External showers outside of room enabled easier showering for family and more space Clean. Recc for young traveller, backpacker, older couple or families with young children for the novelty.
I loved this place. Owner was very nice and patient with us and my two children. I loved this property and regret not saying longer. It was everything we needed for a family of 4. We stayed at a fancy Airbnb in Grindelwald and this property is so much better than that. Sometimes simple things are more worthwhile. We loved being able to meet with some of the farm animals. Kids were so happy having space to run around outside. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Very comfortable and functional studio, it was nicely warm inside during our visit in winter. Adamo was very reponsive and kindly allowed us to check-in earlier. It was very easy to get to Luzern city centre/main train station via a short ride on an incredibly frequent bus service. Rotsee lake nearby provided a peaceful place for a walk in nature, also small children's park nearby. It was a cosy comfortable place to relax and cook in after a day of visiting. Beds and duvets were comfortable.
Perfect family hotel for an overnight. Superb facilities for children (in and outside). Very nice staff.
Everything! Breath taking views, the facilities of the hotel are amazing, super child friendly which was a must for us with a toddler. The bathing are super! The staff really nice. We had in our room a little fluffy elephant for our daugther as a gift. Evetything is vert thoughtful! For sure we will come back!!
