Modern guestrooms are decorated in light colours with patterned fabrics; all include satellite televisions and balconies and free WiFi. It was a very pleasant stay. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room is very modern and clean. You sleep peacefully without any noise. The hotel is in the center of interlaken near everything and very close to the interlaken west station. I would definitely recommend it.

During the summer months the outdoor swimming pool is a great place to relax while your children have fun on the playground, in the games rooms, or on the electric car track. It was a beautiful experience at this hotel. They go way and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay. The beautiful crib setup with a soft toy for my baby boy was very thoughtful. I also had a delayed baggage issue because of which I did not have my baby stroller with me but the manager of the hotel offered me her own stroller free of charge to use for the 3 days we stayed there.
