The cherry on top was the delightful breakfast, which was prepared with such care and love. We were so enamored with our stay that we immediately extended it by a day. Highly recommended!

The Best Western Summit Inn is conveniently situated close to Old Fort Niagara and the Niagara Falls Air Force Base. Guests can also easily discover a variety of shopping centers, local restaurants and entertainment options nearby. Well let me start with the two young ladies who took care of breakfast bar. I was so impressed by both of them for their kindness and caring and helpfulness. I was a waitress for 43 years, If I had my own restaurant these two ladies would be part of my team. The two people that took care of the rooms were very pleasant and was also available for more towels and then he think we want it. And the front desk attendants no matter what time of day they were extremely friendly outstanding courtesy to older people like myself and my partner. They took great care of us, if I was to choose another place to stay again it certainly would be your place. So hats off to the whole team that works for you. Just a moment back to the two girls that help set up the breakfast part of my visit. I’m suggesting that maybe you will allow them to put a little cup so that they can see how great they both did their job, due what’s going on in the world. Like they say sometimes a little extra makes a big deal. So once again I’d like to thank you and all your staff for the five stars they deserve and more. I will be back again one day.
