The villa has family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. We were a group of four and we booked the 2-bedroom villa. We also used the tavern. Both of them were clean and well equipped. The villa was very tastefully furnished and the tavern had a lot of amenities - dishwasher included. Overall, the villa site is stylish and well maintained. A great plus is that the site is just outside the town Dospat and you could easily reach convenience stores by foot. Also, the host was very responsive and always made sure everything was okay!

Very clean room. Nice small kitchenet to cook your food, comfortable sofa & bed. We stay for the second time in apartment 13 - nice and sunny. Very comfortable for families even with 2x children. There is a restaurant close to the Villas; Delicious food. The Villas organized activities for children in the evening & yoga classes during the weekend.
Cosy family hotel. The room that we got eventually was big and nicely decorated, with a cute little balcony that overlooks the town. We had an overall nice one-night stay.
The view was spectacular and if you have a child you can watch them on the playground from the balcony. The apartment has spacious and the kids room in the hotel had everything to entertain a small child The póol was great!

Our room was clean and spacious. The restaurant also offered a wide range of food choices, which were mostly fresh. The hotel is situated in the mountain, which makes it a cooler place in the hot summer days.
Very clean, good facilities, well maintained. The location is also excellent for a short walk either to the city center or in the woods. The kids’ entertainment was excellent, the kids’ club was designed with a lot of attention to the detail and mostly wooden and educational toys. The animation for the older children was great too! Lots of dancing, jumping and burning of energy :) the food is great, great variety, especially of fruit and vegetables. The staff are exceptionally friendly and make you feel welcome. Nothing is too much trouble.
Hotel is solid, and has good spa facilities and excellent restaurant and cafe. The staff is very friendly and eager to help and make you welcome. The mineral water in the pool is hot and the proximity of the children’s pool is very convenient for parents to watch the kids from the big pool. Lots of saunas and steam room and outside pools. Free water and tea by the pool, very convenient. Families need to bring own swimming aids. The food at buffet is plentiful and varied but lacks edge.
The best place for family with children. My kids were very happy with playground outside and with the toys in the restaurant. The view is amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very delicious too. The room was clean and very spacious.
A superb place for quite and relaxing short holiday full of hiking. Everything was as described. The house is comfortable and offers everything we needed. Strongly recommend it especial for families with children. Most likely we will visit again.
Spa facilities were alright but definitely need renovation, you can just see that it is not maintained regularly. The therapists are great and I highly recommend doing hammam (Turkish bath). There is a fun zone area in the hotel next to the kids club where you can play chess, pool, air hokey, darts, etc. The receptionist that met us - Fatima was an absolute star! In general front office staff were amazing!
