the whole experience at this hotel was very delightful. From check in to check out, we enjoyed all the facilities, such as the spa, the indoor pool with perfect warm water. The restaurant has very good food at a good price, and the basement area with bowling, billiards and bar has a great atmosphere!

Room was very spacious with great terrace with fantastic view towards the dam. Hotel lobby is nice and has good bar and fireplace. A lot of fun for kids. Breakfast was also good.
Really clean and spacious apartments perfect for a family with kids.The balcony is overlooking the forest. There is everything you need for a good stay.
Clean and comfortable, warm rooms, good beds. Breakfast was basic but ok, you could find at least 1 good choice every day. Dinner was good also. Lots of fresh salads and fruit and at least one very tasty meat choice each night. Very child friendly, The pool was warm and clean, the sauna was very hot. I would pay extra for a nice espresso. Definitely would recommend.
The hotel is great. It has two indoor pools and one small on the outside. The water is warm and suitable for small children. The spa offers a lot of different things to explore. Very tasty food in the restaurant for a good price. Highly recommended for families. On Saturday night they even offered children animation. Room was clean and maintened every day. The view from our room was great. I'm very happy with my stay here.
Very spacious room, comfy bed and nice temperature inside our room. SPA was decent, the pool was clean and all facilities around the SPA were well maintained - sauna, steam bath, relax room even showers and WC - all clean and well kept. Excellent restaurants - very rich meal and delicious food all around! Superb food! I was impressed to see a citrus juicer press - very nice! Family friendly with a dedicated room for kids.

Very well equipped, cosy and functional apartment. Spacious enough for a family with two small kids. Great location from which you can ski to door, hike to Studenetz, and take a walk to the Center of Pamporovo. Kind and helpful host.
We booked a two-bedroom suite, and it was perfect for a family with two small children. The suite had a noticeably big, deep terrasse with a perfect couch for using the laptop in the evenings after the kids fall asleep. The hostess was friendly. The house was spotless.
