It offers mountain views and an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and fitness centre. Torla is an extraordinary village and this hotel is in its very center. It offers great views towards the mountains. Our room had a big terrace with a table and sofa. Excellent swimming pool, clean and refreshing. Must try! Staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Breakfast and dinner are served at the restaurant. The location was perfect with an amazing view from the balcony. The owner of the hotel was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable.

Els Llacs has a well-equipped fitness centre, and a spa with hot tub and saunas. Honestly this place is incredible- the photos do not do it justice. Much nicer in person, very clean and beautiful decor, the spa is FANTASTIC! You will not be disapointed

All staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. We received an upgraded room without asking or being told that this was the case. First class service absolutely a 5 star hotel.
