She made contact with us before we arrived, met us at the apartment, and spent a significant amount of time describing and showing us on a map different sites and restaurants we should visit during our stay. She remained in contact with us by text throughout our stay, sending links to other locations we should consider for this or future visits. It's clear she loves the city. The apartment is also nicely laid out, well equipped, and very comfortable.
