After our third stay I could easily say that’s absolutely place to recommend. We love the host who every time welcomed us like at home. We really enjoyed everyday breakfast. Rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. We also had an opportunity to be picked up from airport by the host, we are very thankful for that.

From the time I was picked up at the airport to when I was returned, the entire experience was extremely satisfying and rewarding.

To no avail, in the middle of the evening, i couldn't get hold of booking.com customer service to get a refund to book a safe place for myself and kids.
I would like to be reimbursed my funds.
The host didnt even care to try and help.
I actually think that booking.com allows every tom dick and harry to now advertise and scam people.
The lodge is located perfectly near the airport.
The staffs are friendly and nice. And what my family liked the most is the animals, just a step away from your room. Its a family friendly lodge. We surely come back one day if we visit Johannesburg again. Thank you again for your wonderful services.
We stayed one night at hotel O.R.Tambo as a stopover from flying back to Europe. We really appreciated this hotel for its family friendly facilities and helpful staff who tried to make it as comfortable as possible for us. We enjoyed the swimming pool area and the restaurant food. We also had breakfast included and everything was very tasty. Overall we had a great experience there and will come back again as it is hard to find family friendly hotels close to the airport.

This is the perfect hotel for families to stay. Loved the modern look of the room and the big, comfy beds. Our room had a balcony with access to the room next door. I liked the fact that the hotel is close to the cinemas and restaurants, ideal when trying to keep kids busy before our flight. The breakfast were superb. We felt very welcome and the staff were super friendly + helpful, especially when our baby got sick with a fever. The area is very safe as well and everything were well kept and clean.
