The resort as a whole is very nice. Caters for kids. It is evident that effort is being made to revamp and increase the experience. The rooms were cleaned up and daily. Pleasant staff. My only gripe was dinner at the restaurant. The pizza was amazing and food was good. The food order came in pieces, my daughters pizza took longer then our food. It felt like we were forgotten.
Other then that everything else was really good and we will be back.

The staff and place was amazing. The self-catering unit we stayed in was comfortable and clean. My kids absolutely loved the kids club and the various activities that were planned throughout the day for them. Food at the hotel restaurant was delicious.

The resort is clean and beautiful, but not ideal for a toddler. The play area is nice but better suited to bigger kids, although the lady in charge did make many efforts to entertain our kid, she was very nice.
What an unforgettable experience! The place was not only stunning but also incredibly enjoyable for the entire family. The serene ambiance provided a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I must express my gratitude to the exceptional women at the Dream Explorer club. They made our time at the playhouse truly delightful and exciting. Their wonderful interaction with the kids, coupled with their ability to generate laughter, was nothing short of amazing.
Little Switzerland, another one of KZN's hidden treasures. Good value for money. Comfortable, clean and equipped accommodation. Friendly and helpful staff and management go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. Buffet dinner at the restaurant was lovely. The resort facilities and hiking trails provide fun for the whole family. However the kids activity centre is in desperate need of an upgrade.
The lady at the reception was good and friendly. Process was quick and efficient. There are entertainment facilities for kids. The place is family friendly.
