the rooms are full of cockroaches I have videos they don't mention a fee of 50 dollars here when you get there they charge you for 4 days so far they haven't given me a refund no one solves the problem no one responds in the chat I need my 50 dollars

It was a really really nice stay.
I normally do not leave reviews but I loved everything about the place, the self check in/out, had everything anyone can need for a beach day including chairs, towles and umbrella, kitchen was cleaned and fully equipped with everything we needed including a grill lighter which came in handy for the birthday cake, The rooms were amazing good size my kids loved it so much they rather hang there then go to peanut island which is why we were there in the first place.
The hotel was clean, safe, affordable, and conveniently located to both the airport & the other locations that I needed to visit. Food & shopping were within a reasonable distance. Staff were very accommodating.
The kid friendly additions were very accommodating. The kids loved the books and toys. Didn’t need a car seat but that was an added bonus.
Also, the place literally had everything you could possibly need.
Stayed in the hotel for family vacation. Everything except internet connection in the room was good. Large room with a full kitchen was very convinient. Bedroom conviniently located apart from a kitchen. Breakfast was good enough with a choise of omlet, sausige, yogurt, fruits etc. City mall located In 5 minutes walk. Hotel has swimming pool and fitness room. Free parking is available. Would be ideal hotel wifi in room would be solid at least as in reception and breakfast area. Nice hotel indeed!
