Located close to the I95 and West Palm Beach airport, the hotel was easy to find. The staff were very welcoming. Both the room and bathroom were clean and very spacious. The bed was particularly comfortable. The buffet style breakfast offered a fair variety of items including self made waffles.
The hotel overall appeared to be in good condition. There were signs of wear in some places it wasn’t tired looking.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel to see the SummerFest with Hootie and the Blowfish. Great location for a hotel near the venue and with in walking distance, along with Texas Road House. We would stay here again if in the area.

Loved the Botanical Gardens - would recommend that you take bug spray. The mall in Wellington was great with a wide selection of shops. Had a great meal at the Cheesecake Factory at City Place. Enjoyed the outdoor eating/ meeting places at City Place.

Palm beach is very pretty.
Palm beach is very pretty. It is definitely not a party scene beach, more for relaxation. We enjoyed strolling around the historic part of flamingo park as well as walking around the shops near Lake Park. We did a sunset scenic cruise which was a blast and I highly recommend doing one. The one downfall for us is parking. Free public parking is not a common thing and that is foreign to us and proved to be an expensive part of the trip.

I was here to find an apartment, but I got around town and loved it! The water's edge has many beautiful views, plus it was a short drive to Palm Beach and see the beautiful homes of years gone by. There is a lot to do, and I hear there is a thriving art society in W Palm, so come ready to see some masterpieces. Plus, there are beaches all over, so bring a bathing suit!

The staff were very pleasant, helpful. It was a very nice experience. All the staff, great from Front desk to dining room staff. Good buffet for breakfast, and evenings a choice of special meal on the buffet or al-la -carte from the menu. We would highly recommend this hotel. Actually we were on our way to catch a cruise, however didn't want to wait to the day prior to arrive because you never know when a flight maybe delayed or canceled.

You are required to follow a list of things to do prior to leaving this property. The property manager does not keep the future renters inform of ANY last minute changes!

This place was very easy to find and there was plenty of places to park within the grounds. They had laundry services both washing and drying which were working and gave us the opportunity to get some laundry done as we were on a road trip. The hotel is situated close to a good choice of restaurants and the West Palm Beach outlet shops were no more than 5 minute drive away. The room and bathroom were clean and the receptionist was more than helpful with us
This is the second time that I’ve stayed in this hotel because I travel for work. This last experience they put me in a room upstairs. The bathroom had no door no toilet paper no paint no towels to shower.
