The hotel and room was just as we expected, in the location that we choose, which was away from the main tourist crowd, with excellent subway links uptown and across the city.

The staff were excellent and so was the location of the hotel but the room did not meet our expectation. The shower has a design fault and water is going outside the bathroom! The mattress has extremely poor quality ( totally worn and shape of a “U”)

We loved the friendly and happy design of the hotel and rooms; it was extravagant and gave a good feeling. Employees especially concierge have been very helpful and friendly. we loved the walking distance to central park in the morning and the live jazz evening in the hotel bar for evening. i was surprised about the silence in the rooms, especially since we have been so centrally located. We loved our terrace to sit in the mornings or evenings. we will be back again!

This hotel was amazing. The location was perfectly placed and central. The room was big and clean and made our trip. It allowed our family of six the space to relax. The staff went above and beyond. They were friendly and welcoming and nothing was a problem. Special mention to Rosie our breakfast server. She was fabulous and helpful and so lovely with our kids. I literally can’t praise this hotel and its staff more and will recommend to everyone. A first class experience at an affordable price.
Terrible environment, I want it with a bad smell, clogged toilet, heater stopped working, we were cold with 2 small children, there was no microwave in the hotel to heat the bottle! Terrible, I want a refund!
We stayed here as a family of 5 with our 3 teenagers space wise it was amazing all had our own beds and the kids did not have to share. The bedroom sectioned off by a door. We didn't spend alot of time in the room but it was central to where we wanted to visit and a short walk from the subway. Would definitely recommend for larger families- the room could have slept 8 if sharing.
Location was fantastic. So central. Stayed here with family of 3 children. Perfect for a family stay. Rooms were comfortable and functional and very clean. Felt very safe here too.
wonderful hotel for families! kids stayed next door in double bed with bunk single over it. very hard to find affordable lodging in NYC for families - especially for families of five! uniquely styled rooms and artsy, mid-century decor. creative and very "NYC". amazing restaurant and morning coffee shop on site.
Perfect location for exploring the city, close to central park, Rockefeller, times Sq on your doorstep. Huge variety of restaurants. We traveled as a family and there was something for everyone. The bar looking over times Sq was stunning. The lobby had games for the kids. Really excellent facilities for families. The staff were so welcoming and extremely helpful. We will be back.

the suite room is adequate for families with young children.
The location was perfect as most of the shops and attractions were walking distance from the hotel.
Breakfast was based on a la carte menu and was well prepared and tasteful.
The hotel staff and manager were extremely helpful to resolve any problems we had and assist with any o our requirements and make our stay as pleasant as possible.
