Overall it is a great hotel. We spent a lovely time there.
It is very nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff is helpful.
Transfer to the Key West downtown is included. It takes 15 min to get there. It is very convenient.
Kayaks rental is included, we enjoyed that.

Beautiful Hotel, ideally located in the old town district. Everything is within walking distance. Rooms have fridge and working air con. Staff is super nice and helpful. Pool is very nice. Good atmosphere.

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
We booked on the same day. I used the patio for my breakfast, we rested because KeyWest was very hot and the room air conditioner was cold! Lovely! My baby grandchild had her nap very comfortably. Location is great, parking, beautiful bathroom.
I Loved the atmosphere it reminded me of childhood vacations with my family. If was a friend environment. The staff was very friendly. And I felt welcomed. Even the guests was friendly.

Very easy access to the Property by door code. The property was very clean. Rooms were very comfortable, Kitchen facility was first class. Location was perfect from us as we had a car - I'm unsure if it would suit families without transport.

Room was fabulous; decor lovely, spacious, clean. The area around the pools had lovely foliage and there was a tropical, relaxed but upscale vibe. We had children aged 8 and 6 years with us, and although there is an adult vibe, we did not feel ill at ease with them. Having said that, I think the hotel is best suited to couples or families with adult/teenage children. The pools were all fairly small, but very clean and nice. The food was good quality and easy; the restaurant is right beside one of the pools. Staff were great.
