It's lovely inside, and the facilities are great. There is plenty of room. To help out on the reviews, yes, there is only one bathroom. Most places in winter in the area look different compared to Google Maps (where it's all summer snaps) it's what you make of it and we had no troubles at all. Uber to the city is about 10mins. Close to the Falls probably 20 or less. Be prepared for the Snow! Take the warnings seriously.

Everything! They have restored a 200 year old house beautifully and it is a one of a kind place. Holly and Daniel are exceptional hosts who went above and beyond with everything and have an encyclopaedic knowledge of the local area. The breakfasts are amazing, freshly cooked every day and made from scratch with love and passion. It seems to be a <30 minute Uber to everything we wanted to do which was ideal. We will 100% be staying here again in the future.

The location on "Iron Island" was good, the distance to the center was quite short for those traveling by car. The staff was friendly and understood the challenges of a first-timer in this kind of accommodation. Although the neighborhood looks quite suspicious to an outsider, I didn't notice any problems the whole time. I already knew after the first night that I wanted to stay here again. The nights I slept here were the best during the whole vacation, and all the other nights I slept in hotels. A big thank you to the owners for being able to offer such accommodation!
