I was attending a conference at UTRGV and the location was unbeatable. I was able to walk to campus, which saved money as I did not have to rent a car. The room was also very affordable and secure. The other guests in the house were kind and respectful.
When I called to inquire, the woman on the phone was super patient with my less-than-perfect Spanish and very helpful!
This is the first time this happens to me Im a Genious Level 3 customer and the hotel didn't honor the Booking reservation they said they gave the room to someone else, we had to Drive 45 minutes in the middle of the night with my 2 toddlers to another place which was more expensive almost 200 dollars a night this is unnaceptable, lady was rude.
No breakfast of any kind nor coffee was available or offered. The room was a mess, very dirty and bathroom as well as shower were not clean many stains on the tub and curtain. The towels were rags and not worth using. Had to use our own. The pictures of rooms posted were definitely fake or photoshopped to make them look more attractive yet very deceiving. Worse place every to book a nights stay. No refund and anything. I will never rely on this booking agency anymore, they should be embarrassed to recommend this place.
