Everything! Staff are friendly. The thermal pool indoor and outdoor are fantastic and therapeutic. . And a swimming pool water too cold we did not use it. We had half board with dinner (buffet) not bad lot of choices. Rooms are big and clean. Away from the busy town to Hierapolis but good for us we had a car.

I arrived in Pamukkale via Train & Taxi from Izmir. A bit of a train trip ! I was immediately greeted by Fettan seemed to be the main Boss and proprietor. I am from Oregon USA so I was pleasantly surprised that we could communicate mostly in English. I was ready for an afternoon rest after the train journey. I was shown my room with in 15 minutes from check in . I was lucky to receive a premium room overlooking there well manicured Swimming pool and spa. With a FRONT & Center View of the Pamukkale Mineral Mountain and Springs!! The room was cozy and comfortable a nice balcony to view the pool and mountains. The bathroom and shower was small but manageable and very Clean !! The bed was comfortable as well , as long as you don’t mind a firm bed. Again with a View through the windows to the Mineral Mountain. I was glowing multi colors at night ! There restaurant on site is just steps away from the hotel rooms. I was Greeted by Samiye !! Her name must translate to BIG BEAUTIFUL SMILE!! She was a VERY Friendly well mannered server and professional young lady. I ordered grilled lamb and it was very fresh and well spiced.. Haycs the main server and overall Hotel assistant was as well very professional and friendly. He started a fire in there fireplace that gave the small dining room a very Cosy feeling and the sweet smell burning wood. The room is VERY QUIET at night even though it’s close to the main road. You will be woken early before Sunrise to the sound of many electric power Fans blowing up the Many Huge Hot Air Balloons which will All Raise right in front of your eyes just across the street from your balcony!! I was excited to start my day hiking to the mineral springs so I passed on the included breakfast with my room charge. I did view the breakfast buffet and it looked wonderful!

What a gem! A very family friendly little hotel which is first class for customer service!! Osman went above and beyond by not only kindly giving us a lift to the start of the Hierapolus park and Travertines, but he also came back to give us a lift back to the hotel later. The dinner cooked by Madame Hussein was excellent, as were the breakfasts. The pool was very clean and refreshing, and so welcome after a day in the sun. Such kindness.!!! We recommend this hotel very highly and cannot praise it enough. Great value for money.
Location has pros and cons. It ıs situated close to the Pamukkale museum entry, which is a plus.
The pool is very spatious, there are kids pool and indoor warm pool. Inner yard is green and nice, has a lot of space (compared to family hotels)

excellent location, can see sulphur springs and the white glorious mountain across the street. a beautiful park across too. everything is near by. the staff though is a notch above all. they were just too good. and theres a pool!! with kids its the best place. i didnt travel with my kids but i saw so many children having so much fun. for the price its a lot in return.
