Disappointed for the choice made. I chose a hotel unit with a high score, 9.5. From check in surprises. The parking "next to" with payment, was hundreds of meters away in the conditions where the undersigned uses a cane to move and no one from the staff offered to help. Very irritated because I expressed my displeasure. The beautiful garden, as small as a palm, clean swimming pool, as big as a basin. But what do we do when we don't stay in the garden or in the pool, but in a room. Room, old furniture, heavy smell of status, covered with lots and lots of perfume. Please see the photos, you will understand what I am talking about. I left the comment for the customers but also for Booking.com 9.5 score, it's a shame!

Our double room on the ground floor was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was also very good and the location is very close to the port and shopping area. Parking is reserved for you if required. The courtyard is a welcome relief from the heat in August.

Beautiful atmosphere in this boutique hotel with unique views and rooms. Location is amazing for a nice escape from crowded costal areas. Interiors very well curated and decor nicely chosen. Meals are served on awesome terrace facing the calm hills. The best asset is the family running the hotel, all very kind and accommodating. You feel like home.

This was a beautifully-appointed, brand new and very modern apartment barely 100 meters from Ladies Beach, Kusadasi. So the apartment, facilities, location and convenience are superb. The on-site concierge provided our key. In the apartment, all the sliding doors had blackout curtains and were double-glazed for quiet. The air-conditioning was quiet and and efficient. It was only a short stroll to the sea-front esplanade for a huge choice of dining and entertainment options, even in the shoulder season when we were there. We had beautiful weather, and enjoyed a sunset dinner followed by a nice stroll home.

I have a 7 years old son. So the entertainment eas important for me and the entertainment team was great. Ferry was very friendly with the kids. There are lots of fun things for children and adults
Fantastic people, very accommodating when it came to Food allergies. Food was delicious! The rooms were always cleaned. Good facilities and things to do for Family with children. The spa was lovely to use to relax. We went sailing and had a lot of fun. Thoroughly enjoyed my Family and I being there and Highly recommend this Hotel and Resort & Spa. Compared to another Hotel we were at (not so far from this Hotel) Aqua Fantasy Hotel was far the best and glad we decided to stay here!

Lots of activities - the aquapark was a hit with the whole family, kids club (great staff Arya and Tina), mini disco, playground, pier area was lovely as chilled, more space and beautiful water, huge selection of delicious food from the buffet, great views, good location for ladies beach and getting a dolmus into the centre, cocktails from the terrace. Overall we had a good time
the hotel was beautiful on the beach amazing views and there was something for everyone in regards to food. I was a family off 11 and most days everyone used the pool bars for snacks drinks and food. we are about 12 minutes outside the main center. but so much for kids and families.
Waterpark is amazing, so many different pools and slides, my toddler loved it ! All inclusive was great, always a food option and drinks all day long. Beautiful scenic resort. The staff in the buffet restaurant are so kind and friendly. Entertainment team really do their best and the night shows are great ! A great family resort ! The walk path along the beach was also great, you can go for nice long walks.
