The rooms and location were ideal for us as a family of 5. The hotel kindly accommodated us when we didn’t feel the initial booking was suited to our needs.
The staff were extremely helpful, in particular, Burak Can, who worked at the concierge desk, was very professional, kind and courteous when accommodating our needs. He provided useful information and tips and truly went beyond customer expectations!

A very beautiful location on the sea, away from the noise. The family room is good, consisting of two closed rooms, missing only a curtain to isolate it from the sun. The insolation is excellent. The bathroom is adequate, and the breakfast is very simple. We had breakfast outside. The center is about 4 km away from it. The swimming pool is outdoors, not suitable for conservative families.
The staff did not speak or understand any English, however they tried to communicate using Google Translate and were helpful. There was paid parking just opposite the hotel entrance. The staff tried to meet our family needs by giving us extra bedroom, as there was mistake with our booking.

The hotel overall is very beautiful - the entrance and the lobby area are having a beautiful architecture.
Breakfast - fresh with a good variety.
We had a double room at the mansard - with a very big (and good too) king size bad - spacious enough for the entire family (2 adults + 2 small kids).
