It was very clean and very comfortable. Good working aircon and wifi. They also offer some snacks and water. The couple is extreme kind and lovely it felt like family . I am looking forward to come back as soon as possible.

The host and his communications was exceptional ( above and beyond ) during all my travel experiences ( +20 countries ) I haven’t met a family / host as nice as this host.
He offered to come to the airport which is not far from the location ( 10 min drive ) to help with the luggage with his personal pick-up car to avoid dealing with the taxi drivers and drove the luggage back to the airport in the morning.
Its my first time staying outside of the city centre and will never go back to the city centre if i can manage to book with him again

We recently stayed at the Carthage Thalasso Resort in Tunis (Gammarth), and it was an unforgettable 5-star experience. The customer service was exceptional, with staff who were attentive, always kind, and genuinely caring. Their warm attitude made our stay even more enjoyable.
The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. The housekeeping team ensured that everything was spotless, with both day and night service to make sure we never lacked anything. Every corner of the hotel was immaculate.
The quality of the food was equally impressive. The breakfast offered a wide variety of international and local flavors, from delicious chocolate crepes to traditional bread galettes—everything was a true delight.
This hotel is ideal for a family stay. Traveling with three children, we especially appreciated the hotel's excellent facilities, which were easy to access. Whether it was the seawater pool, the kids’ pool with water slides, or the private beach just 50 meters away, there was something for everyone to enjoy.
The location is also perfect—only 10 minutes by car from La Marsa and 20 minutes from Sidi Bou Said.
A special thank you to Wassim and Adam for always taking such good care of the kids, and to Mohamed, the reception manager, for ensuring everything ran smoothly.

Beautiful heritage building, tastefully renovated. We loved the location in one of the most beautiful streets of the medina, little coffee shops right next to it and close to the markets. The staff were very friendly and helped us arrange anything we needed from tables at bars to transport to our next destination. We were very touched when they left us their card telling us we can get in Touch if we happen to need anything throughout our travels in Tunisia. Also, we loved the olive oil soap in the bathroom.
