Everything! The staff, the room, the facilities, the restaurants. We enjoyed our stay at Baba Beach Club Hua Hin very much. Only a note to those traveling with public transportation, it can be a little challenging to get around, e.g. to go to Hua Hin town. But hotel provides enough facilities to relax and enjoy the holiday without having to go out anywhere.

But missing few key things that are identified like deck chairs etc
However on our stay the villa had a persistent sewage smell from the 3 bathrooms that lingers in the villa / so not so pleasant. The rain shower head also fell off in one of the showers while showering / somewhat unpleasant shock.
Outside of that great and ideal for groups with plenty equipment on kitchen and lots to space inside and out.

The condo was absolutely beautiful it was very clean. The location wasn't the best but it was on the beach and the beach was very nice. It's close to most conveniences and everybody is very pleasant.

- The location is good near Cha-am beach in walking distant
- The receptionist is friendly and show us room/facilities. (I think they provide pre-order breakfast but I didn't order) There is plenty of space in the first floor for eating and chilling. Surprise that I found plenty of books here, like a mini-library
- An elevator is available though slow but safe, you may take stairs as well
- The room I choose is on the 4th floor which is the highest, and have only one room so spacious space, decoration is homey and summer-ish. Bathroom is fascinated, there is a cavity above and you can enjoy moonlight when jacuzzi-ing
- Bed is comfy but not too soft. Basic facilities are prepared like Smart TV, hair dryer, closet, mirrors, kettle etc.
