Little room with a view on the ricefield. Very friendly and helpful owner providing an excellent breakfast. The house ist located in the middle of a small town near Mae Hong Son. Very local and near a famous hot spring (that I didn't have time to visit). The rooms are quite basic but are clean and functional.

Easy to find, car park, rooms a good size, they let us into the room even before checking in as we had bags from the motorbike so made it easier rather than carrying them to reception and back again. Free breakfast included that was made fresh rather than buffet and only one other couple at breakfast

1 great example -- we ordered 4 of the same breakfast and they had thoughtfully separated the garnish for the kids, and made it with less seasoning (without us asking) -- no hotel we have stayed in has shown such high level of thoughtfulness and attentiveness.
