Lady Ileana is a very nice person, ready to help with anything. She was making sure we are comfortable and we have everything we need. She even made breakfast for us without prior notice as we forgot to ask in the evening, with local, quality products (eggs, cheese, etc). My daughter loved her as well, wanting to be outside all the time around lady Ileana. Sparkly clean in the room, bathroom, kitchenette and dinning area. The green area behind the building is very nice as well.
