First thing to say is how fantastic our hosts were - providing lots of information and support before and during they visit. They simply could not have been more helpful.
The apartment is of a generous size with wrap around balcony looking down onto Calheta Bay and up to the mountains. Three big double bedrooms (one en-suite) that were very comfortable. Well equipped and nothing lacking. There are two parking options - one is in a small car park opposite and one is in dedicated parking facility a few minutes walk away. Having hired a larger car I used the latter.
Set in Calheta, 700 metres from Calheta Beach, Socalco Nature Calheta offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant.

The house was spacious and had all the necessary equipment. Everything was also very clean and tidy. The best part was the garden and views that changed throughout the day. The host was really nice and friendly, would always come back.

Villa is huge and well equipment. You have everything there what you need. (Even slippers and hiking sticks!) You can enjoy the sun and take a dip in an amazing outdoor swimming pool with the incredible view of the village and the ocean. The view is just breathtaking.
Ana’s place has a private big parking in front of the house. You have to drive down from the main street, just be careful because GPS was leading us around, from the other side throughout a narrow banana trees alley where you can't pass😅

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The view is truly fantastic. Marisela, the host, is lovely and gave us tips for interesting locations on the island. The apartment has all necessary facilities and was spotless. Its size is also ideal for groups of friends or families.
The villa is absolutely FANTASTIC! The view is spectacular, you couldn't dream for a better one , it is even better than what you can see in the pictures. The terrace is perfect and very well equipped, the pool very nice. The rooms are large and comfortable and so are the beds. There were beach towels available. The villa is perfectly located near Calheta, away from crowded Funchal. There are shops and restaurants nearby. Honestly, it is paradise on earth!
Madeira is stunning. Calheta is a bit away from touristic Funchal. And that's one of the best things about this apartment. Its view is stunning and facilities are up to mark. What makes it more special is Marisela's tips and promptness. It was effortless to communicate with her and a memorable stay at Belle Vista.
