Everything was fantastic. There was some cheese, wine and fruit on the table to welcome us. The bed was super comfy and the cottage was really lovely. There was a gate to keep the dog in the garden area. Plenty of towels were provided. There were films if that is your thing. Some extra food was left behind by other guests and some herbs which is super helpful. There were extra blankets in the cupboard which we needed too as October can be chilly. All in all it was fabulous. The taverna 2 doors down was really good too and so was the bar by the square.

We loved this secluded place in the little mountain village. Just make sure you have rented a small car, the roads are veeeery narrow! But we LOVED this place, the owners and would definitely recommend it and come back!

Nice house in rural village. . 3 bed house. Wifi good. I had 3 beds to choose from. The one I slept in was ok. Parking was just outside house. Bit tight but ok. I didn't have Sim card so didn't get entry instructions on morning that I left my previous hotel.

We loved the location of this Quinta out lived up to our expectations in all ways.
It is run by a lovely extended family offering amazing breakfast and would throughly recommend eating dinner there as it’s all sourced locally. Despite the wild fires being in the region we always felt safe and fully updated on any impassable roads by their very knowledgeable son. He also does guided hikes which the other guests loved and we will definitely do next time knees permitting!!!’

Really lovely pools with a great view across the valley. The kitchen was very well equipped and even included a hand held blender. The owners clearly invest time into making the property clean and attractive, and event pegged down our outside tablecloth when it got windy! Easy driving distance to the national park and to the coast
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
This building is a beautiful 300 year old former monastery that is adjacent to the church and the village square of Soajo. The warm family who own the property are incredibly hospitable and generous. We enjoyed wonderful food for breakfast with home baked cake and fresh bread every day. The bed was especially comfortable and the power shower was great - both were extremely welcome after a long days hike in the Peneda-Gerês. Although the property is new to booking.com it’s clear that the family have been looking after guests for decades.
