Beautiful room, great facilities, pool and garden. We had to leave very early in the morning and the staff packed a breakfast up for us. Very kind.

Spacious room, superb activities and facilities, Good breakfast.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Staying here was a highlight of our trip. The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful, the breakfast was fantastic and the room was beautiful and had absolutely everything we could have wanted. Our only regret was only staying for 1 night. We hope to come back and stay for longer next time. Great spot for families, couples, and especially bike tourers!
Delightful little boutique hotel in the charming village of Casével near the Alentejo town of Castro Verde. The service from the family that run the hotel is fantastic. We had a lovely, spacious room with very good wifi. The hotel is spotless and beautifully refurbished in a modern rustic style. There is a small swimming pool in the central patio and a terrace overlooking the rolling countryside. We were served an excellent dinner for a great price. The town is quiet and beautifully preserved.
Another boutique gem in Portugal.
Having kettle and tea making facilities in the room. Children were well catered for with many amenities. We enjoyed the peace and quiet in a lovely area full of bird life. Friendly staff.
Sometimes, words are just failing to describe the beauty of settings, that you experience. This has been the case on our stay at the Herdade do Zambujal, where we were amazed and relaxed almost instantly, not only by the surrounding nature or the comfortable room with marvellous views, but also by the very obliging and friendly attitude of the staff, that made our stay absolutely unforgettable. We have never had such a pleasant stay on all our holidays, before, and we will definitely come back!
