The property was exceptional. It had everything. The design and the detail were wonderful. The food was very good. The breakfast was a real treat. Try the prosciutto and cheese omelet so light and fluffy and good. The black pork tenderloin with mushrooms and asparagus was excellent as well at dinner. We were on the third floor overlooking the pool up high with a beautiful view of the rooftops and distant hills, the location is amazing. Having parking just down the hill was a bonus. The staff were young and all very helpful and excellent at their jobs. They had been well trained.

Our host Benedita greeted us as we got out of the car, she was forewarned by her overactive but cute dog Leia; she recruited her daughter Rachel to translate as a go-between for the check-in (thanks Rachel). We later managed very well on our own with a mixture of English, Portuguese, Spanish and a bit of French. We loved everything about Casa Eborim! The location, the decor, the comfort, the tasty treats (cake, cheese, wine, jam, coffee pods, milk). Those little things go a long way to make a short stay more enjoyable. We liked that we could step out of the apartment and be in the middle of things, from restaurants, cafe, sites, etc. We were able to find parking (paid) easily near the apartment and didn't have to make use of the bigger lot a bit further away. The apartment was very comfortable for two couples and no stairs to climb. The two rooms and two bathrooms worked perfectly for our group. Communication was very easy and quick! Best place by far!
