When we arrived, proprietress Margarida promptly emerged from her lovely florist shop to greet us and show us to our room, which was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was dinnertime, and we asked what the choices were for a nearby restaurant and decided on her suggestion, Côta d'Azenha (reviewed on Trip Advisor under "Restaurante Cota").
We would return anytime to stay at Charrua do Mondego. It was very conveniently located and perfect in every way. No negatives at all.

From the moment we arrived, it was obvious we were going to enjoy being here. In fact, in the end, we spent a lot of time in the house simply because it's such a lovely place to be.
