Everything about the hotel was exceptional, the staff, the food, the coffee and the overall security around the property made me feel beyond safe and comfortable. I have never had such a welcoming reception, as a single female traveling it can sometimes feel uncomfortable going to new places but the team made sure I was well looked after at every opportunity. The team are extremely professional but still add a personal touch to every interaction, I’ve never encountered such a well put together hotel staff team from the reception to the F&B, cleaning team and security everyone did their job to the highest standard. I didn’t even have to go out for dinner as the room service F&B options were so good and available 24/7. Coffee and breakfast selection was also great and service was excellent every morning. If you are thinking about staying at any “chain” hotels don’t even bother, they don’t come close to this place. A massive shoutout to the whole Ambiance Karachi team for making my trip so great. I will be a returning guest for sure!

Everything ..amazing location, amazing and helpful staff . The apartment was so clean and organized and they made sure to prepare the sofa bed for my daughter . Really highly recommend it specially for families

Our stay @ this property was awesome ... Mr. Faisal's hospitality was exceptional, very cooperative in every way and down to earth personality ... Property itself is conveniently located with ease of access to nearby market and places in Karachi ... The area is safe and property was secured by the right procedures in place ... 100% availability of Electricity & Water ... It was neat & clean upon arrival and as per the the listing described @ Booking.com ... Our stay as a family exceeded our expectations ... First of all the experience of three days are outstanding ❤️ feels like not in Pakistan. Because the best thing is the place was too much relaxed and environment was too much awesome. Really appreciated. Also the staff specially Mr.Mubashir is very nice, humble & cooperative person. Wife kehri hi ainda k bad Apne kisi or jaga ko search hi nahi Karna Karachi main jb jana hai yahi Jana hai 😇

The house is clean and comfortable, with a good WiFi connection, and is located in a good location. But most importantly, the owners are very friendly and helpful. When I landed in Karachi, I realised with horror that none of the airport ATMs accepted my card. But the owner kindly offered to pay for my taxi upon arrival, which was so kind and helpful - even though it was late at night, during Eid! I can't thank them enough for this. They also helped me order food when I wasn't able to myself and were generally always offering help.
