Located just a minute’s walk from a Chinese fast food eatery, the property is a 5-minute drive from Infant Jesus Academy and 154 km from Ilo Ilo City.

The owner is nice to us. Very accomodating. She provides what we need. Will definitely go back again

    Staff was amazing, accommodating, had time to listen and help with requests. Even unconventional requests like ironing dress clothes or cutting fruit at midnight. Number of rooms is limited, so the swimming area feels private in public. Other guests fun and respectful on each consecutive stay. Fitness center is small but well rounded. Breakfast was proper quality. Not Kalibos' newest hotel, but probably the only one I'll keep staying in.

    it's our second time with them. when we went to Kalibo Dec 28, 2019, a supertyphoon just struck the province, power was out, the Hotel that was to accommodate us was without power. luckily, Royal suites which was walking distance have their own generator and was more than willing to accommodate my family (4 of us).. . . that is why, everytime we visit my mom's province, we will most likely always stay with this hotel.

    Great location that sits in the heart of bustling Kalibo. A quaint place that offers an interesting homey stay. The host is an avid book lover who shares his inbuilt mini library and huge collection of DVDs for movie buffs. Netflix is also provided for all your streaming and binging needs. A fantastic place to stay alone or for a family of four. All-in-all, have a go, you won’t regret it.

    The friendly and efficient service from front office to restaurant and housekeeping. Nica in the front desk helped us find a car with driver that was so valuable in pur seeing a family member that has health challenges.
