The location and the staff were a huge win for me.
We weren’t going to make check in time 8pm so I called reception and they arranged key collection from their lockbox. The clear instructions were text to me and check in was easy, the lights were left on for us. They also arranged 30mins late checkout very last minute. Location was excellent as well, few mins walk to the town centre and a nice walk along the whakatane heads for exercise.

The staff was amazing and helpful. Clean cabins and perfect location. Our kids enjoyed it so much they never wanted to leave the Holiday Park to go out for the day. Our family will definitely be coming back.

Lovely staff, great room, aircon, oven, small fridge/freezer and tvs both upstairs and downstairs. Shower pressure was great. Use of indoor pool was amazing too 😊 Great family friendly place to stay. Close to takeout, grocery store, 24 hr petrol station & shopping center.
Its a lovely clean modern motel. Two bedroom apartment which was plenty of room for the family. The spa bath was great.
Great location near main street of town and only 10 mins drive to the beach. Best place we have stayed and such a great price. We will be back. Also there was a TV in each room the kids loved relaxing watching sky.
The location was great. Walking distance to town and a great walking track just behind the park. Great facilities for the kids in a family friendly, safe holiday park. Cabins were warm.

location is perfect. we booked a total of 5 rooms for our family. Were from the area however live in Hamilton/Auckland very close to town and beaches. There was even a spa pool and guest laundry which was a bonus and an outdoor cooking area if you want to cook food that may have strong odour. We also had two infants with us Allison and John were so accomodating and asked if we needed a cot and baby bath. lovely hosts and lovely housekeepers.
