It was an amazing experience. The host is very lovely. The house is clean and everything required is there. I would definitely recommend it. We traveled with a baby and it was very comfortable and convenient.

Location excellent for walking to shops, restaurants, coastal Walkway, Pukekura Park. Room was comfortable and towels were changed daily if required. If driving anywhere great location also for getting in and out or around City.

Location, to the event. Had a restaurant attached. Barely heard anything from the bar underneath room. The were able to upgrade room to fit all my family
Quiet area to stay. 5 minutes to Waitara township by car. Everywhere else is 30 mins to an hour. The BnB was comfortable and affordable. I had 2 whanau.members with disabilities. So it was somewhat functional to their needs.
Comfy bed for the night … neat tidy, has a restaurant and bar on site central to family event in Urenui The shower was nice and hot… the restaurant food was good but not much on the menu due to availability …
Decor and furnishings are excellent. Lots of little extras everywhere. We really appreciated the fruit basket and breakfast cereals, bacon and eggs etc.
Plenty to do with mini golf and croquet and many games for kids.
Great space didn’t feel cramped or cluttered especially with family of 4 and 2

Yard was lovely and secure for our tiny chihuahua and made letting her outside a no hassle situation

-Decor and indoor plants made it feel homely and reminded me of my own home
-Outdoor plants created a tropical jungle atmosphere, I especially enjoyed it under pergola when it rained!
-There's a banana tree, with actual bananas on it.
- The Kettle, Coffee Machine, and Soda stream!
-The scent inside was divine and smelt like we were at spa
-King side bed - the firmness and size was the same as my bed at home
-Kids enjoyed their rooms
We like privacy and quiet, which is what Brixton Farm Stay provided. Excluding farm animal noise.
The children's chairs and family games are a lovely touch, even though we had no small children.

Absolutely beautiful apartment especially for families, my children absolutely love it here especially watching fir rabbits in the field next it, my 2nd time staying and cannot get enough of it.
We loved everything. The owners...Trish and family we love you guys you made us feel so welcome and like we already knew you - the kids were so happy we came. We could hardly do anything as they wanted to just stay on farm and be with the kids and animals. They are already planning our next holiday (they said it's even worth the car sick ride to get here!) and are devastated we have to leave. Will definitely keep in touch!
