The hotel has a very hospitable staff and is managed by nice, helpful manager. They waited for our delayed flight until late at night, unfortunately our plane was eventually returned to Kathmandu while landing in Pokhara. Fortunately, we managed to meet them the next morning. Thank you very much. Apart from that, the room was clean, spacious, perfectly equipped. Beautiful views from the balcony.

I enjoyed my stay so much I stayed a little longer. Nice, clean, quiet family hotel close to the restaurants. Owners are very helpful and can arrange all treks, paragliding, tours etc so no need to book on expensive websites. Would stay here again. Namaste

If I had to describe this resort in one word, my answer would be - SUPERB !! Our hosts, the entire Sherpa family went out of the way to make our stay enjoyable and they simply treated us as their family. The icing on the cake was a LITTLE BOMB of a three year old kid, who was more than a bundle of energy and extremely lovable. We will definitely try to visit again !
It was nice stay at Hotel Eagle zone. It is a family hotel and all the persons were very nice and kind. They allowed us to cook food for our baby. They also provide all the necessary informations. The location of the hotel is perfect. One can book this hotel if any one is planning to visit Pokhara.
