We like the modern and Norwegian style of this villa, with a very nice view and a really comfortable living room, the quality and top modern kitchen. Lots of kitchen facilities, modern bathrooms, the laundry room is very convenient, and if lucky we can see the Northern light direct from the living room! We also liked the private parking space right in front of our villa entrance.

Host was very welcoming and kind. We got lot of extra tips regarding our visit. It is REALLY that close to city center. The room is comfortable, cozy yet spacious. There is plenty of space and you can regulate temperature as you wish. Everything was very clean and tidy.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The apartment is very nicely decorated, functional and cozy. There is everything you need for cooking your own meals, washing clothes, resting. There is also a big tv and a sofa to enjoy movies etc, if the weather is not that nice for outdoor activities. Excellent skiing mountains nearby and all the services of Tromsø (for exemple a great swimming hall and excellent indoor bouldering facilities) just a short drive away. The host family made us feel really warmly welcome - thank you.
Our family consisted of 3 adults and 2 children. There was so much space for all of us. Our host was so friendly and accomodating. There was a nice sized kitchen, nice chill out den in the renovated basement, and good sized bedrooms. The property is a 10min walk down to Tromso town but as its on a hill, the walk back might be a struggle for anyone with mobility issues. Thanks for a lovely stay
Great place. Lars (the host) is fantastic. Big supermarket 2 mins walk. Short walk or frequent bus to town. Loads of room. Clean. A sledding hill right outside the door!!!! And a loaner sled!!! Sauna is great!!! Everything is great. Highest recommendation. Family friendly.

Lena is a wonderful host, who made the stay very friendly and enjoyable. The Artic Villa was superb - especially for kids with lots of garden space, a friendly family dog and an explorable neighbourhood. Our kids loved the outdoor space. Getting to Tromso was easy with the location to public buses and walking to the wonderful Artic Cathedral or FjellHeisen was an simple and fun.
Perfect accommodation for my family with two little boys. The location so close and easy to get to and from town. the toys were a big hit for my boys they loved it. very clean and comfortable. host was amazing and great help to us. definitely would recommend this for other families with kids.
